Roland Brooks Consulting Technology Services has been serving the needs of small and medium businesses, for over a decade. Roland Brooks began implementing IT Appraisal systems for Municipalities in Maine. In 1987, Roland was the first to use handheld computers for Municipal Revaluation data collection. In 1990, the International Association of Assessing Offices published Roland's paper on using Hand Held computers for Revaulation data collection and the industray was changed. Roland then decided that he had an opportunity to help many other businesses figure out how best to use technology and Roland Brooks Consulting Technology Services was born.
